All of our paralegal roles require you to have a bachelor’s degree. In addition, different paralegal roles require different years of experience, as follows:

Senior-Level Paralegal A minimum of 5 years experience Bachelor’s degree
Paralegal Specialist A minimum of 8 years of legal experience in a specific practice area of law Bachelor’s degree
Litigation Roles
