Set up in 2010, Ropes & Gray London is one of the largest offices in the Ropes & Gray network, and—alongside our Milan, Paris and Dublin offices—is the hub of the firm’s EMEA network.

Our Paris office opened in 2025, strengthening our presence in the dynamic European market for private capital and strategic M&A. The Paris team is led by world-leading M&A lawyers, characterized by the exceptional transactional skills, client focus, and industry expertise that have long defined Ropes & Gray.
Our Dublin-based team works closely with colleagues in our London office, as well as others around the world, to support our clients doing business in the European Union.
